Do shoes come in half sizes?

No, shoes do not come in half sizes please select the next size up.

How long will my order take?

We ask for 1-2 weeks from order date. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. If you want a rush request there will be a $25 fee. If you are requesting specific charms that are not in stock please be advised this could possibly delay your process time.

Can I request a refund?

Due to each shoe being custom made we do not offer refunds. You will approve each charm throughout your order as 100% satisfaction is always our goal.
